Video background is not working on Iphone but does work on Android

Hi, I have a video background on this page www.jokariclub.com ( the french version). It works well on desktop and android but does’t on Iphone. I have try with safari and google chrome, and the video doesn’t show, I only see the wallpaper.

Could you help me ?

Hello Camille,

Thanks for writing in! Because of iOS restrictions, it will automatically disable any background video and replace it with the poster image. This is why adding a poster image is important when setting a background video. If you want to override this browser setting, perhaps this link might be able to help you:
