Good day. I have placed two MP.4 videos on the home page of a site I’m working on. They are both using the X-Pro Video element (not the classic video element). They are both set to “auto-play” and one begins immediately when the page is accessed, or refreshed. The 2nd video will not play unless clicked. I thought, perhaps it was the video file, but I have tested now with multiple files and it will not auto-play. Any thoughts as to why this would happen?

As you know about the Autoplay Policy Change, you need to Muted the video to start the video automatically or wait for user interaction and play videos on demand unmuted.
If that is not the case, the video is muted but still, it does not automatically start playing, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

The browser has an Autoplay policy which will play one video at a time. The 2nd video needs interaction in most browsers to be played. Please use the video as a background video of the column instead. It might be able to play alongside your 1st video.
