Thank you for the update. Good to know that you’ve decided to move the site to a different host. Regarding the services page issue, it seems to work when we set the Animations > Animation Type to none, which disables the initial reveal animation completely. We kept the option disabled. Please make sure to purge the cache before testing.
This is very strange. Basically, anything you change (or don’t change) to the “services” grid, as long as you save it afterwards, will make the “services” grid display correctly, BUT only once. So if you refresh the page, or navigate away and come back, then it doesn’t display anymore. I’ve tried this on several browser, including using private browsing to make sure it wasn’t linked to cookies. Very strange. On your side, if you refresh the services page, you see it correctly ?
I also just realised that deleting the wordpress cache (which I can do through my new host provider’s control panel) also makes the page display correctly , but again, only once…
Yes, we can reproduce the issue on our end. Have you tried completely deleting this grid and creating it again from scratch? It’s possible that it’s no longer compatible with the latest version of the ESG plugin because it was created using a much older version. Try creating a new grid, even without any content, and assign it to the Services page. Let us know if the issue is still the same.
