Very Strange Issue - All Enqueued Scripts Loading Twice

So I have a very strange issue, in that all my scripts are loading twice.

I discovered it when developing my own plugin on an X-Theme site, but double checked all of my own stuff and am positive it’s not that.

When looking at the WP Debug Log --> Enqueued Scripts, it looks like there’s some kind of big error there that appears related to the theme (or core wordpress?) that results in a hyperlink appearing in the middle of the enqueued scrips, which I think results in the scripts being enqueued twice. I’ve attached an image of it here, and can grant website access as needed.!

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, Please deactivate the custom plugin that you are developing then check it. I would also suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. Child Theme Issue

If you find any plugin conflict with our theme please contact the plugin author to fix their plugin issue or make it compatible to X/Pro theme
