Vertically sliding text?

I’m trying to find a way to have a two column row where one column will have images stacked vertically, and the other column will have some text at the top. When the user scrolls down, the text will stay at the top of the page until it reaches the bottom of the column, at which point it will scroll up. Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
