Vertical inline navigation with expanding sub links

Good day Support,

I want to create a vertical inline menu that will appear in the footer of a website that makes use of vertically expanding sub menu items.

Below are some visual examples of what I would like to achieve:

This is what the menu will look like in it’s collapsed state:

This is what the menu should look like when sub menu items are expanded:

In essence it needs to function the same way as the “navigation collapsed” element.

Please advise whether this can be achieved and some pointers will be much appreciated.

Hello Glasseye,

Thanks for reaching out.

It will require some bit of custom CSS work which falls outside the scope of support we can offer. However, to get started you can take a look at following Codepen snipped to have vertical expanding menu. https://codepen.io/hex_wr/pen/xbPbmw

Thanks.

Many thanks Prasant,

I will look into the Codepen solution.

Kind regards

You’re welcome. Glad we’re able to point you to the right direction.
