Vertical align middle not working

Hello,
I am trying to have the right column in the hero section vertical align to the middle but it is not working. Attcahed is a screenshot f how it looks now. It is aligning to the top. Please advise.

Thank you for the complete information. You are on the right direction. Just one more setting. Please inspect ROW and then set Marginless Columns settings to ON
