Vertical Align Headline Not Working

I have seen so very many people asking about getting items to align vertically within Pro. I have been through many of the answers and most of them have not worked because Pro has changed and been updated making the fix different from version to version. The yellow row (pictured) contains a Headline element which I have set to: “Align Vertical: Center”, but as you can tell with the Headline text, it is not centered. Can someone please help me out? Thanks

You are experiencing this issue because you are using the Headline element incorrect. You inserted this in the content.

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Why Do I Need A Podcast?</h3>

You are only supposed to insert plain text. Please remove the h3> tag because the headline element has the tag option in the settings.
