Vertical Align elements in column

Whats the best way to vertically align elements in a column such as text or images? I have two columns and hoping to keep either the image or text centered vertically while the page scales responsively.

Thanks for writing in!

To make the column content vertically centred. You need to make the row as margin less column first.

Then please add this custom css vertical-align: middle; to the column in customize section.
