Venue URL is broken on Layout

I’m using The Events Calendar and created a custom layout for events. The problem is the Venue Site button has stopped working. What it used to do is lead users to the URL of the Venue for the event. Now it’s just broken.

I’ll give you a working example. Here is an event where you click Visit Venue Site. https://creativecollectivema.com/event/mat-kearney/

The meta key is {{dc:post:meta key="_VenueURL"}}

If I click View Venue Site it goes to:
https://creativecollectivema.com/event/mat-kearney/thecabot.org

Instead of:
thecabot.org

Any idea what I might need to change here?
