Various Issue after pro 4.0.7 update

Hello,

After updating to pro 4.0.7 I am having several issue Can you please Help.

Issue 1- Initial when I edit any page it works after save if I tried to edit different page I am getting white screen

Issue 2- Embedded code are showing as code for mailchimp. in editor its showing button.

Issue 3- one of the page throwing pop up error saying Make sure that you properly included lepopup.js. Currently you did not. *

I am using Wordpress 5.6, Chrome browser, PHP 7.3

Please provide the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress login URL
  • Admin username and password
  • FTP details ( contact your web host if you’re not familiar with this )

I did check all the common issues.
My main concern is about following issue. “Issue 1- Initial when I edit any page it works after save if I tried to edit different page I am getting white screen”

I tried this with Chrome and Safari getting same results. When I open new incognito mode it again works for one time.

We use WP rocket and cloudflare. please let us know if you guys can figure out the issue. We have added few security layers along with MFA and admin panel can only be accessed via whitelisted IP address.

Please see if you could figure out the issue or I can send you the back up files for you too look for the issue

I found what’s causing the issue, its ithemesecurity pro plugins, for now we are just disabling this plugin to do updates, but it would be better if you guys could address this issue so that ithemesecurity pro does not have to be disabled every-time as well as embedded link could work.

Please update to the latest .8 version which should resolve the plugin conflict.
