Validation X-Theme problem

Hi, I am having a problem with validation my X-theme. I managed to validate it by using the product code on WordPress. About a week later I reentered WordPress, X-theme worked fine but X-theme was not validated. I reentered the same code. It did not work this time and told me that another user is using it . The message directed me to my Themeco account to unlock it so i can reclaim it. I did this and entered the code again and it did not work. I did all of this on the same computer and same URL (on localhost). How should I move forward to validate my X-theme? Thank you!]

Are you trying to validate X theme installed in your localhost? I have checked your license and it is assigned to the localhost. The validation process should be successful. In your localhost WP installation, please go to Settings > General and make sure that the Site URL is the same URL you have assigned in your license code.

If nothing is working, I would highly recommend that you create your staging site online using 3rd party staging sites so that we can investigate.
