Hello,
I can’t validate my site - https://timelesstech.io
It gives me the messagge that my code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site.
In my theme.co account i have the correct url under location and this is the only url/site where I am using the product.

I have checked your Themeco Account and found that you have not added the HTTPS in the Location. Please add and check if that resolves your issue. There might be another reason for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot that too.

1. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

thank you for the fast replay. I changed the url to https, but I still can’t validate the theme.

I would ask if you could look at where the problem is.

I have checked your website and found that the URL mentioned in the Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) and the Settings > General > Site Address is having the HTTP instead of HTTPS. I would suggest you set it the same as the Location and check if that resolves your issue or not. If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1. Theme Related Issue

3. Theme Update related issue
4. CSS/JS Customization
5. Disabling Cache
6. Disabling CDN
