Validation plus visual composer issue

I try to validate my account the past several days but when I enter the code on wordpress it does not validate. On apex is a different story but I need it in order to update my visual composer and it seem impossible so far. I am stuck with my artwork gone and my contact form missing and I am a bit frustrated that I can’t validate it

Can you please confirm the login details as I am getting ERROR: invalid username. Lost your password? message. Please confirm login details so we can take a look.

I checked the website and can see that you are using Cornerstone 1.3.3 and X Theme 6.5.6. Please update Cornerstone to latest version 3.5.4 as it might cause compatibility issues.

If you are trying to validate Visual Composer, please note that bundled version of Visual Composer does not required validation as it comes with X Theme. You can ignore the message.

I have updated the user name an password.
Cornerstone has been updated and my contact form worked again but my work is still gone. Could you please check as soon as possible

Sorry, I am not entirely certain of the issue, your work page looks fine to me backend and frontend.


Please clarify the issue so we can take a better look and perhaps a screenshot of the issues.

Again, you don’t need to validate the Visual Composer if the version is bundled with the theme.
