Thanks for reaching out.

There could be many possible causes for this, like Wordpress or host certificates is invalid hence any secured request won’t go through. Or your hosting provider has security that blocks outgoing request as the validation needs to connect to our server. Or perhaps, PHP cURL is not properly installed or configured in your host.

All of that is something you should reach out with your hosting provider. Though, to make sure, would you mind providing your admin login credentials in the secure note? I like to test and check it first and find something, I’m not promising any fix if this happens to be host related issue, but it may help your hosting to find which it is
