Purchased an updated license from Code Canyon. Have confirmed the exact URL in the ThemeCo account. Followed the instructions and pasted the Item Purchase Code. Nothing happens. I have tried multiple times to enter the Item Purchase Code.
This is a standalone setup. The previous license had expired. I don’t have access to the old license. It was done by someone else.
