Validation lost years after purchase out of the blue

Hello,

we lost Validation on at least one of our websites years after purchase with no apparent reason (no changes in URL, folders etc.). We were able to manually restore it again (by copying license code into WP), but it still bothers us, because we have dozens of websites build on X. Do you have any ideas what may cause this?

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, Although you don’t make any changes, I would still suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation.

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

ok, so if I get it correctly, there might have been temporary connection issue which revoked the validation. Other than that there is no reason why the site would lose validation (when no changes have been made). Is this correct?
