Validation issue - Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site

I apologize but i am new to this.
I tried unlocking and locking but I still get the same message.
My site is www.lightofthespirit.org. I thought I could use lightofthespirit.org/draft1 for staging. can i use the same license for both?
Where can I find the name of the site where the license is supposed to be already used?

Thanks for reaching out.
You can use the same license for the Staging site by adding the Staging URL in the Staging section of your License. I went ahead and found that you have added the STAGING text, you need to add your staging URL i.e. http://lightofthespirit.org/draft1 in that place.

I actually deleted that wp site and created a new one with the staging and it worked. I am worried because I now have www.lightofthespirit.org/tmp linked to the license. The concern is when I actually launch my site, will I have a license issue by removing the /tmp? Please let me know before I go deeper into the web creation.

Hi Annabelle,

You need to mention your main site URL when you launch it, I would suggest you remove the tmp and add your main site URL into the Location. If you need the tmp site also, you can add it to the Staging.
Please remember that you can add the main site and a staging site in a single license.
