Validation issue with Pro on live site

When the development site was transferred we attempted to validate the theme. The validation code was accepted and the “Congratulations! Your site was validated” message appeared on the dashboard. However the site keeps redisplaying the “Your’re almost finished!” message.

Entering the dashboard again now shows the license to be inactive.

Confirmed that we are indeed not validate since the update to the theme fails.

This site di have the issue with the conflict with 6.2, so I did make the change to line 194 to restore the site. Would that have caused the problem?

this has been a problem for a long time. When transferring a page from the staging server to the live server, this cannot be validated immediately. often it works after 1 h, sometimes only after 24 hours.
I always have this problem and do not understand why it has not been fixed yet.
it is 100% reproducible.
