Validation for staging site not working - urgent (thank you for swift reply)

Hi!
I have been trying and trying to validate the staging site - have Pro unlimited and the newest version installed. Talked to my host (Kinsta) and they can’t detect any validation attempts. I I am sending you a secure note so you can check in to this. Thank you so much in advance.
