Validation for my latest Pro Unlimited site does not work

Validation for my latest Pro Unlimited site does not work. It appears on my Themeco Account, but my site still itself says: " You’re almost finished!

Your license of Pro is not validated . Place your Themeco license to unlock automatic updates, access to support, and Extensions. Learn more about product validation or manage licenses directly in your Themeco account."

No update etc. possible.
Any help?

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

I would also suggest you go through the article on the Unlimited License here: https://theme.co/docs/single-vs-unlimited-licenses#unlimited-licenses

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hi,

I didn’t change anything but tried it a couple of days later. Now it seems to work again.
Location Issues & Communication Error could not have been the problem, though.
