I am having trouble validating my theme as it keeps giving error " Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account." I have registered the code to my site but error persist. This is frustrating . Kindly assist. Tell me what info I need to share with you so You can resolve for me.

Couple of issues why the site is not validating, first is you did not install Cornerstone, Cornerstone is a required plugin for X theme.
Second is your site URL, there is a /wp/ path trail on your site URL, but you did not include that when you assign your URL to your license (see your licenses account page).
I replaced your staging URL with the /wp/ trail and that validated your site successfully.
