Sure, I also tried to login using shared credentials but it’s not working and I am getting ERROR: Invalid email address. Lost your password?. Please share the correct login details for us to take a closer look.

I just sent a secure message about my wordpress user and password. Those are the ones I used to log in www.wordpress.com

I was able to fix it by changing http to https in Settings > General
