Validating theme for client

Hi!. My client purchased their own license for X theme. I added it to their test site and another developer deployed the site. I no longer have access to the test version. When I try to validate the theme on the new site, it says, “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used with another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.” My client doesn’t recall setting up a theme co account, and I am unable to add their license key to mine. How do I remedy this?

Is the license that you are trying to use to validate in your client’s account?

If so, you may ask them to check their licenses page and make sure that the domain attached to the license is the URL of the site they are trying to validate.

In case the site url in the licenses page is the domain you are trying to validate, please provide us with the license key in a Secure Note so that we can check it.
