Validating site issue

Hi there.

I tried validating chinacham.ethermedia.hu through my licenses. It recognizes the license on themeco’s end, but the website itself reverts back and asks for a new license code. I tried deleting and reading it, it does not help:

What can cause this? The site looks to have SSL, which I know has caused similar issues in the past.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
