Validated, then Not Validated

Hi, I’m working on a site that has issues since a previous update. I now have a staging site, however I can’t update X because I’m unable to validate the license.

I get the Congratulations message, then the You’re Almost Finished message.

Secondly, which I’m hoping is related, all my sections’ content is justified hard left. The only way to get things back to how they were is to load a template with a Classic Section and move stuff into it. Not something I want to do for the entire site. Hoping an update will fix this, once I can run an update. (back to the first issue).

Guessing an update might get back my Theme Options, which currently will not load.

Ok, I’ve sorted this out. I had registered this url with one of my Pro licenses as well. Once I removed that it worked as expected.

Is it not possible to have a registered version of X and Pro on the same url? Or was this just a staging site issue?

Hello @djguitar,

It is good to know that you have now sorted out the issue. Be advised that you cannot use the X theme license to validate the Pro theme or vice versa. Only a Pro theme (or unlimited) license code can be used to validate the Pro theme and the same with the X theme license code can only be used to validate the X theme.
