Validated but it tells me to validate again

I have Pro Unlimited. When I look at my themeco account, it seems like it has been validated, but on WordPress, it doesn’t seem to agree. So everything is still locked for my live website.

Thank you for reaching out to us. There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

I would also suggest you go through the article on the Unlimited License here: https://theme.co/docs/single-vs-unlimited-licenses#unlimited-licenses

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi, I added the secure note under my original message above. I tried looking through all the resources you gave me, but none of them seemed to apply to my situation.

Hi Nina,

There might be some other issue that does not let you validate the License, by going ahead I tried to validate your site with the License Key assigned to the site in your Themeco account dashboard, and it worked.
Now your site is validated.
