Validate License

Hi,
I have the issue that my mobile version ( www.artfactory.cc ) of the site won’t expand the menu button.
Naturally I’ve been trying to update everything I can find and believe I’ve updated Cornerstone ( frankly not sure where I can see the version number. I thought it might be in the Customize page but that just comes back as a blank page, totally inaccessible ) and the X theme but to no avail.

I’ve also been trying to Validate my license and although I keep being taken back to the themeco/Apex “Manage Licenses Page” the license I use is coming back to me:

We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.
( I’d be happy to share with you the screenshots I’ve taken but don’t see where I can do that so I’ve uploaded them here:

I tried using Cornerstone to create a page for you but every time I try to use it I get:

Uh oh!
An unidentifiable error is preventing the live preview from loading. Switching to Skeleton Mode.

I’ve been using FTP ( FileZilla ) to update my files as each time I try to upload via Wordpress I get:

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
But even this page is only available when I deactivate the X theme.

I’m really at my wit’s end here after hours of reading and uploading.
I’m open to all options.

Many thanks for your time.
Eric
