Hello,
I have had the X-theme for several years. I recently did the update and for the past few dates several of my pages are just blank screens. I read on one of the support topics to uninstall and reinstall the theme, so that is what I was trying to do. When I tried to reinstall the theme, the screen said I needed to put in my purchase number or Themeco license, which I put in and I just keep getting the “uh-oh, we couldn’t check if the license is valid.”
Can you please assist me?
