Valid license refuses to validate

Hi folks,
We have just made our staging site live.
We have a valid Theme X license. When I attempt to validate it, we receive a msg stating it has been validated. Immediately following this we get a msg stating otherwise:

You’re almost finished!

Your license of X is not validated . Place your Envato purchase code or Themeco license to unlock automatic updates, access to support, and Extensions. Learn more about product validation or manage licenses directly in your Themeco account.
--------------end of msg ------

Can you please advise?

Oddly, after some time had lapsed, I retried and this time it worked.
I’ll reopen this ticket if the issue returns.

Thanks @ruenel, we had changed the location. Hence why this was very odd.

Hello Jay,

It might be the issue of cache or server communication between our server and your server when you try to validate it but glad that it is validated if it is not yet validated please share your admin login details in a secure note so that we can check it.
