V2 widget area not submitting yoast SEO store locator search

This worked previously, I have a Store Locator search using Yoast Local in Footer 1 (footer widget works fine) and also use a Widget area to have the search feature in the middle of the home page. The search button no longer does anything, I suspect this is a Pro/Widget Area issues since the foot widget works fine.
