V2 Video player not working

Hello,
I have a mp4 video (1000x226) link on my website that is working but when i use it on a video element, it’s not working anymore and i don’t find why. I searched others posts and pro is already updated to the last version.

There is a empty space that is the size of the video.

Thanks for asking.

When I checked the video source file there’s seems to be some issue with the playback. If I click play icon it plays for a second and then pauses itself. I then checked the page you have shared and over there I don’t see empty space. Video is showing up there but the problem remains the same. Here’s screencast.

I suggest you to try and upload the video again and see how it goes.

I have checked the page on others browsers (chrome, edge) and i can see the banner video without the issue you’ve said, the video plays until the end. It was only on firefox that the video wasn’t showing.
I’ve created a slider revolution video and now i can see the video on firefox and all others browser witout problems. (btw if you know why that pause button when you hover the playing banner is not centered, tell me)

Do you still have that pause issue on your side ?

I checked and it is no longer doing the Pause issue.

To align the pause button, you can try adding this in Revslider Custom CSS

.tp-video-play-button .tp-revstop {
   margin-left:15px !important;
}
