Using X, Woocommerce Memberships Plugin now throwing Critical Error when Activated

Since most recent theme and Woo update, my memberships plugin is now throwing a critical error when activated. I’ve used this combo for 9 years.

It appears to be a problem with the plugin. As this is a 3rd Party plugin and we don’t have control over the code, I would suggest you contact the plugin author in this case. Please let us know their feedback on this.
