Using WooCommerce and Product Review Section Not Displaying Correctly

Hi, I haven’t used WooCommerce before with your Theme and I’ve added in a few test products and the Reviews section is displaying outside of the tabbed ‘Reviews’ area! So if you click on the ‘Reviews’ tab, it isn’t contained within the area as it should be.

Also, for some reason the footer is showing down the right hand side of the product page! I don’t know if something happened to it after I switched the theme from ShopIsle to your one which could explain it?

I’ll put the URL in a secure note as I’m building it on a temporary link.

I couldn’t reproduce this issue at my end with the same versions you are running:

• Cornerstone: 3.1.5
• X Theme: 6.1.5
• WooCommerce: 3.4.2

So, most probably there is a plugin conflict that is causing this issue on your site, I suggest doing a plugin conflict test, the safest way to do that is to install “Health Check” plugin and enable “Troubleshooting mode” if everything went okay, then you can re-enable plugins one by one to figure out the culprit. The good thing about “Heath Check” plugin is that it’s developed by WordPress team and it only affects your logged in session so that other visitors won’t be affected.

If this didn’t help in narrowing down this issue, then please provide us with WordPress Dashboard login details in a “Secure Note” so we can investigate this issue.

Hi, I’ve checked and all of the plugins you mentioned are the most up to date versions. I tried out Health Check but I haven’t done it before and didn’t know what I was supposed to be doing with it! Sorry, hope you don’t mind taking a look in the admin for me - I’ll put the info in a secure note.

I’ll upload a screen grab of how the footer displays down the right hand side of the screen when I view it.

Thanks for writing in! I have inspected your product page and it seems that you have inserted an unclosed html <div> tag which messed up the layout. I have edited the content and added this instead:

3. Badge colour
