Using Tags in Convert Plus to MailChimp

We have installed and integrated Convert Plus to work with MailChimp. All works well except for one thing.

In Mailchimp, we are using specific tags depending on what a customer wants to access. Let’s call one tag: Live Your Legacy and a 2nd tag called Roadmap

There are a couple of ways to approach this. We have created a custom tag and the custom tag inserts correctly to Mailchimp. However, when a 2nd tag is used, it overwrites the 1st tag. Ideally we would want all custom tags to be displayed, such as Live Your Legacy, Roadmap. In the example, attached, we successfully had Roadmap under the Signup Tag but when we use another tag, rather than appending it, it gets overwritten, now displaying Live Your Legacy.

The 2nd option is in Mailchimp. We can create tag and manually assign those tags to specific users. In the example under Tags, the Roadmap tag had to be entered when importing a subscriber, or updated manually. Ideally in this scenario we would like to be able to update those tags from Convert Plus.

But, can’t seem to find out how to do it. See attached.

Thank you for writing in, regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself.

My only advice is to make sure every individual field (in your MailChimp list fields) should have a unique name.
