Is there any way of using global block under slider revolution? I am trying to align content but having trouble using slider revolution layers, so wondering if it is achievable via global block content

It is achievable but not recommended because the systems are separate. It would be tricky to achieve what you need if your layout is complex.

The layout is very simple yet I am unable to achieve it via slider revolution.
I need my headline, text and CTA button to all align on top of each other while staying at bottom of the slide(without overlapping), but I can only manually align headline to top, text in center and cta at bottom. and the layout basically breaks when different screen resolutions

You need to align elements for the responsive mode in the Revolution slider. Please follow this link to learn more about the Revolution slider’s responsive settings.
