Using Pro All Sections With Animations Don't Display Anymore

Was making a few edits to my site, adding in some content. After I saved and previewed the site all of my sections with animations in them do not display at all. I am only seeing content that has no animation effects on them. It is odd because it has happened to all sections simultaneously. Now I’ve got a bunch of blank spots in my site. I can see all the content in the pro editor but I don’t see it displayed on the site. It’s like the animations are never told to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Also, header menu is fixed until I get to the bottom of the site, then is appears as static.

If I turn off fade effects on anything it shows up just fine.

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in and sorry you’re having that issue, most of the time (but not limited) that issue is caused by a caching and/or plugin conflict. Please do the following.

  • Clear all the site caches/optimizer (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) this will help you to avoid any potential errors. I see that the site have an Endurance Cache, please clear and deactivate that for a while, while we troubleshot this issue.

  • Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I have cleared all cache’s and disabled all third party plugins. Still having the same issue. Doesn’t seem to be plugin related.

Hello There,

After upgrading to Pro, you must clear the site cache first.

There is Endurance Cache present in your site. You can turn it off temporarily in Settings > General.

And then clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test it again.

I am not sure how you are seeing any of the animations, I have purged the cache, and have endurance cache to off (level 0) and am using a different computer at home after clearing the cache on it and using private browsing and I still have no animations. Just many blank spaces.

Also, when I am looking at my content I can see the animations in their starting position. they used to move when I was on this page but they are stuck in their starting spots on this screen as well. I am thoroughly confused!

Hello There,

I have investigated your site further and I can confirm that the issue exist. I was able to see the sections only after I resized the browser. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it. Once they will be able to fix this issue, it will be updated and rolled out in our next release cycle which is already in a public beta testing phase.

Please watch out for it.
