Thanks for reaching out.

Please make sure that the image tag format looks like this:

<img src="image_link.jpg">

You can also check on how to properly declare the img tag here.

Only if none of those help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• URL of the Page you are working on
