Using extensions with another theme

[stratential]

Hello,

I have several Pro licenses but I changed to another theme. Yet, one of the reasons I got X and Pro in the first place is to take advantage of the extensions.

I’m trying to use The Grid but I don’t have access to the advanced features when Pro is not the active theme. How can I have the extensions to work and be validated while using another theme?

Thanks

Hello @stratential,

Thanks for asking.

Please note that bundled extensions are supposed to work with X and Pro theme as they are tightly integrated with our products. If you want to use The Grid extension on a different theme, you need to purchase a fresh licence from plugin developer.

Thanks.
