Using Extensions in PRO

I created a slider using Carousel Slider. Its ID is:"[carousel_slide id=‘214’]".
When I manually add [carousel_slide id=‘214’] using the visual editor, it works great!
However, as soon as I view it using PRO, it’s removed. How do I add [carousel_slide id=‘214’] using PRO?

Would you mind if we took a look at this on your site? I’m not sure what would cause that, but if you could provide login credentials in a secure note we can see the problem in action and hopefully advise a solution. Please include URLs to pages where the problem is occurring. Thanks!
