Using Dynamic Content to call info form a single location

Hi Guys & Gals!

I’ve been fiddling a little bit with dynamic content, and have a good understanding of how to use the front end aspects of it.

What I’d like to do is create an entity of some kind ,somewhere, for an organisations opening hours that I can call into a page dynamically. This means I would be able to put the opening hours information in like 7 different places on their site, but only change the 1 entity for all of them to be affected.

My question is, where to do actually input the opening hours so that I can call it in dynamically? Can I create some custom fields somewhere that are entitled “opening hours”?
