Why are there only 4 font available in Pro theme out of box? KB tells me I have to add any additional fonts from font manager. But why? I like to use different fonts for different posts.

May I know which font? There should be many fonts available including the system fonts, google fonts, fonts from typekit if you configure it, and custom fonts if you added them.
And yes, you’ll need to add the font to your font manager as there is no way the theme could predict the font preferred by a user, and it’s best approach to prevent all fonts from loading slowing the site. You have to choose what font should be active by adding it on your font manager.
You can use different font for each of your posts but that require custom CSS since the fonts set in the settings are automatically applied to specific parts of the site like body, heading, and so on. And with your setup, there is no feature that will allow you to set fonts per posts.
May I know which fonts and what posts you wish to apply it? And which part of posts.

I basically choose whichever font that looks good for the post, so it’s kinda hard to decide it beforehand. It sucks that I can’t simply choose it from a font family dropdown like in MS word. This looks as designed though, so you can close this ticket.
