Using {{dc:archive:description}} strips formatting

I’m making category archive templates with the layout builder,and when I use this code to add the description text, the formatting and paragraphs seem to get stripped:
{{dc:archive:description}}

Is this a known feature and if so is there a workaround?

Thanks for reaching out.
It is not very clear what you mean by striped, is the full description not showing at your end? I have checked it in my local environment but didn’t find any problem with it. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Layout where you are having this problem

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Stripped. Not striped. When the text content in the Portfolio category descriptions are displayed with all the formatting removed - ie: no paragraphs, bold, etc. I use the code: {{dc:archive:description}} to insert this in to my page.

As you seen in this screenshot above, there are 2 paragraphs.

When using the DC code, it shows like this, the paragraph is gone:

Unfortunately, the Dynamic Content tag you are using does not show the paragraph or extra spaces in it.
