Using an ACF key in the subheadline of the headline element

Hello there,

I have a ACF field called job_title but I am struggling to add it to the subheadline element. Please see the attached image. The text Job Title, is from the user’s bio description but we want the custom field to appear instead.

Only the {{dc:author:bio}} seems to be working, so can you see what I am doing wrong?
