Using a design cloud template - I cannot find how to change the page NAME (in url)

Thanks for reaching out.

To change the permalink, go to the edit page and click the settings then go to URL slug, insted of demo-services change to services. See example screenshot below.

Can you please reset the permalink structure, by selecting the Plain and back to Post Name. Please find the article on Permalink Structure and how you can change it: https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/404-how-to-reset-flush-permalinks-and-fix-permalink-problems-in-wordpress
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– Specific Page URL, where you are having the issue.
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hello @steveraf

I checked your website Dashboard and set the page slug as you have mentioned but unfortunately, the Blog page is not working when I insert blog in the page slug example your-domain-name/blog.

I want ahead and checked your WordPress installation files through File Manager. I found that there is already blog.html file available because of that blog page URL was not working. I have renamed your blog.html to _blog.html, now your mentioned URL your-domain-name/blog is working fine.

I would recommend you to please remove your HTML files from the root directory.

To change the page URL or page slug, please go to Pages -->Edit-->Settings
