Using a Custom Font and having Visitors see the Font

Hey there,

I have installed a custom font for a site and it’s working although visitors don’t see that font.
It defaults to another font and I’m wondering how to get users to load the same font and if it defaults, where is it defaulting to?

Please make sure that you have uploaded the correct .woff and .woff2. This is why your custom fonts is not displaying on anyones browser.

Is the recommendation to upload both a .woff AND a .woff2?
I simply converted the fonts I had online. and uploaded them.

Hi Nico,

It is best that you have .woff or .woff2 file. Any of it will work. Please make sure that you have converted it correctly. If you only have .ttf that file should work too.

Hey,

I downloaded the .woff files directly from the Font creator now.
I think it is working now although I’m not sure how you checked if it’s working.

Are you able to see the font?
