User pages cannot be accessible

Hello There,

I don’t know why. When i try to check the subsriber files on our site. The page is not accessible.

And when the user register on our site , the toolbar checked by default.

Does it mean the subsribers can access to our backend from frontend?

As I think the top bar is the toolbar

Hey Daphne,

I’m sorry but I’m not sure what the subscriber files is. The page you linked to is an author page and it shows the author has not post.

To disable the admin toolbar for subscribers or non-admins, please follow this guide.
