Hey guys,
I have just uploaded a site using X for the 1st time.

Hi there,
Please check if Cornerstone is installed and activated because if the plugin is not active, you will only see the shortcodes.
Let us know how it goes.
Hi Jade,
Yes, Cornerstone is active (see screenshot). Your help will be appreciated.
Thanks
Hey there,
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note
All the best!
Hi There,
I tried to login using the details you have provided for the admin and it doesn’t seem to work.
Would you mind double checking the credentials?
Try now please
Hello There,
I have logged in and I can tell that all of your pages were created using Cornerstone. And because the pages were created using Cornerstone, you should only edit these pages in Cornerstone tab. Please do not switch between Text or Visual tab or else cornerstone data will be corrupted. Once corrupted, you won’t be able to edit it back in Cornerstone. So even if you only want to change a text or a phrase or paragraph, you should be editing the page in Cornerstone.
Hope this explains it briefly.
Hello, I understand what you mean. The problem is that it can only be done by the Administrator.
Seems that Editors cannot update anything in Pages, since Cornerstone doesn’t show up. If you check again now I have changed role of TestAccount from administrator to editor. If I give an editor Administrator rights, it’s a risky access.
Hello There,
If that is the case, you must allow content editing for Editors. You can do that by going to X > Cornerstone > Content Roles.
Please let us know how it goes.
Super! Thank you, thank you
You’re welcome!
