Can I use PHP shortcode like this do_shortcode(’[lwptoc]’) for page or posts using specific Layout from Layout builder?

Thanks for reaching out!

The layout builder doesn’t have any shortcode. If you want to display a content and want to insert it to any post or pages, I suggest that you use the Global Blocks.
