Why my URL is not showing on internet explorer like this?

instead of like this:

This is happening on some browsers like IE.even here on the post look how it shows

Other websites with arabic charcter in URL are showing normally.

It’s browser specific and that’s how IE handle the URLs. Unfortunately, it’s not something that can be changed through coding. You may ignore it for now.

But the problem i am having in the browser itself Internet Explorer only on Laptop and Firefox in Android.
Other browser are showing the url normally.
Would you plz check if i need to modify the htaccess file
I checked other websites using arabic character in the URL and it is displaying normally in IE and in Firefox.

Are you using IE 11 as your Internet Explorer browser? If yes, kindly try setting Internet Explorer’s International Settings to Send URL path as UTF-8. Here’s a guide on how to do this:

For your Firefox browser in Android, please go to Content > Advanced tab of the Options menu, and check the option Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above.
We don’t need to modify anything on the .htaccess file as this is a browser specific configuration issue.
On the http://www.aljazeera.net/ website, that is why it wasn’t showing any errors on URL since the menu links were already set into English. See screenshot below:

For the option on Firefox ii don’t have this option

This is not a matter of our theme. Please change our theme to default WordPress theme and you will see the same case, we do not have any control over how the browser renders the URLs.
I did a Google Search which might be of a help on your research for this case.
Unfortunately, we can not help more on this matter as it is not related to our theme code.

it is not a theme issue but UTF-8 coding for non english charachter.
I googled it and some solutions are to change the htaccess rewrite rule.
